12 x 7.5 feet Rough Cut Shed

Use as a garden shed, animal shelter, equipment cover, firewood shed, hayshed, mount for a solar panel array, cover over an outside bar, etc. Ships ready to receive your choice of stain and roofing.

  • The front opening is 10ft clear between upright posts and the bottom of the front header sits 6’6″ above the ground.
  • Holds over 2 cords of firewood when stacked level to the sidewalls, just under 3 cords if stacked to the ceiling.
  • Main front and back headers are solid 4×8 timbers, roof system is solid 1″ decking on true 2×6 rafters.
  • Sidewalls are solid 1″ ship lapped boards, braced and custom routered into 6×6 upright posts.

Burnt Wood American Flag Wall

We are truly proud to be able to offer this upgrade. A local artist can integrate a stunning burnt wood American flag into any wall. The rough cut boards are first lightly set to fire and then separately oil stained before construction, then all 50 stars are individually hand carved into the wood. Finally, the wall is then sealed and UV protected using three coats of outdoor rated spar urethane.

Pricing

Rough Cut 12×7.5ft Shed: $2950

Includes a clear oil based finish to help protect against moisture & sun damage while preserving the natural beauty of the wood – this finish can be left off if you have your own stain or paint in mind.

Delivery & setup available for an extra fee – see below

Optional Tin Roofing: $350

Our sheds are designed with a solid 1″ roof ready to receive any roofing type required to match your existing homestead buildings; but if preferred, your shed can be shipped with the following colors of tin:

  • Slate Grey
  • Tahoe Blue
  • Rustic Red
  • Denali Green
  • Matte Black
  • Copper Penny

Optional Burnt Wood American Flag Wall: $595

Delivery to Cd’A/Spokane area: $395

Includes delivery and placement of completed shed. An additional mileage fee of $2/mile may apply if the installation location is beyond 50 miles from city center.

Limited Access Onsite Build: $295

For limited access installations, we can assemble our quick-build shed on-site. This option allows for all parts including the walls, roof sections and beams to be carried thru a 24″ gate opening. (This fee is in addition to our normal delivery/placement fee above)
